You should expect changes in vaginal discharge, and a shift in your menstrual blood, duration of cycle and onset can shift as well. These are normal cleansing reactions and a good sign that your womb is cleansing.

How To Steam at Home:
When steaming on your own, first gather all the things needed to steam and set up where you want to steam once your tea is boiling.
First boil your water in a pot with your prepackaged tea bag. Let the tea bag boil for approximately 15-20 minutes and bring to a nice boil where you can smell your herbs brewing. Remove the pot from the heat and pour into a ceramic bowl or smaller pot that you are going to place in your toilet, on the carpet to squat over or on a sitz bath is cool which ever you choose to sit over make sure its secure, won’t spill or burn you. I suggest placing on a carpet and squatting if no other method is available.
You want to make sure you have sheet or blanket to wrap around you waist down to the floor to trap in all the steam from your yoni healing tea and direct it toward your vagina. Once you are comfortable and steaming, (be sure to not burn yourself) calmly relax and enjoy the natural detoxification and healing of your womb.
